Domestic violence is any accusation of violence between two people that were at some point or are living as a family. Domestic violence is complex because it happens most often between married and cohabiting couples and also parents and children. It knows no socioeconomic boundaries, cultural tendencies or state lines. It is unfortunately common and tragic.

Domestic Violence is physical abuse, such as grabbing a person's arm, hitting, kicking, choking, punching and the like.
