Brynn relocated to Brevard County in 2004 bring her trial experience and knowledge to with her and quickly moved into private practice. She briefly worked with the Office of Regional Conflict Counsel under Jeffrey Dean helping to open and establish the new office. She then left to open her own practice. Brynn has done significant work in helping clients receive the defense they need in Court. She has argued in front of the 2nd and 5th District Courts of Appeal as well as in Circuit Courts around the State. Brynn is an excellent trial attorney that has consistently received not guilty verdicts in this County for both misdemeanor and felony cases.  Brynn also works with families that are injured in car accidents helping to make them whole again.

Brynn believes in continuing to educate herself so that she can better serve her clients.  She has completed multiple courses approved by the Florida Bar on DUI Defense, Death Penalty Litigation- including the Florida Association of Defense Lawyers Death is Different, Juvenile Practice, The Florida Prosecuting Attorney’s Association Supporting Your Case Using DNA Evidence,  Evidence Practice Seminars, Miller-Graham Re-sentencing for Juveniles facing Death and Life in Prison, and Guardianship Practice. Brynn has also completed the American Association for Justice’s prestigious Workhorse seminar focusing on representing injured civil plaintiffs.

Brynn is a member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, the Brevard County Bar Association, the Brevard County Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, the Brevard County Association of Women’s Lawyers and the America Association for Justice.  Brynn is admitted to the Florida bar as well as the Federal Middle District of Florida.
